Well some worrying times are ahead of us all. Thinking of you all during lockdown, and hope you and your family all stay healthy.
We just wanted to update you on some of the issues and decisions we have made moving forward to not only protect us, but also you all.
All new arriving stock will be quarantined for 7 days. This is to ensure it is not on any surfaces.
We are disinfecting everything before and after each order.
As a result of the plummeting Australian Dollar and the rise of freight and shipping costs, we have unfortunately decided to increase some of our pricing to reflect the new costs. In some instances it is now costing more than double for stock than what it was 1 month ago. We are hoping that once everything settles back down we will be able to bring the pricing back down to what you all have come to expect.
Stock is taking longer to arrive due to quarantine issues out of our control. Please be patient, they are on their way and arriving shortly.
While Auspost continues to pickup parcels, we will continue to send them out. If this changes, we will let you know. In that case, we will most likely have to stop taking orders. We are hoping this doesn’t happen.
We are going to spend our time being creative and spending time with family.
